Most casinos have good cocktail service, until 2 AM or so, but after that they have less waitresses, and the waitresses have to cover much bigger areas, therefore, the service is slower, unless you tip bigger than most.

Most good restaurants are closed, except the 24 hour coffee shops (diners).

However, all bars are open

Your sons should go wherever they think has the best and young crowd, such as Hard Rock and not worry about the best service
