Book early folks

It gets said here all the time but bears repeating. As soon as you think about going to Vegas, get a room booked somewhere! We are going in October and booked rooms in Ballys three or four months ago. I had hoped to either give them a call to adjust the rate if it came down or upgrade to a nicer hotel for the same money. Since I booked the room rate has just kept going up and up so neither has been possible. Just pleased now to get the room at the rate I paid back then!

I agree it can not be said enough. I used to always be able to get a better rate the closer the trip got. I have taken 3 trips to Vegas this year, March, June %26amp; August. Not once for those trips did th erates drop. Planning another for January, guess I better book the hotel today.

At busy times like October rates invariably go up as the time gets closer. It happened to me last year and it%26#39;s happening again now.

If you%26#39;ve been before and have players cards, definitely call the hotel directly and give them your number. We%26#39;ve received better rates than the ones posted on the net. And, we are not big gamblers.

I agree with what you have stated. Seems like the rates do go up as time goes by. It%26#39;s also nice to have everything taken care of including your flight if you fly to Vegas. I don%26#39;t enjoy the antisipation of an upcoming trip until everything is taken care of.

Just came back on Sun. from Bally%26#39;s. It is in a great location but the rooms are showing their age. I would still stay there again but it is not a very high end hotel. The casino was one of the smallest I found.

It was great to be across from the Bellagio and adjacent to the Paris. Also, Caesars Palace is across the street and is absolutely huge.

Thanks for the tip. I booked our flight for February about 3 weeks ago but still have not booked the hotel. Was sort of waiting for a good deal but I am getting a little anxious even though it%26#39;s 5 months away! I hate loose ends! Thanks for the advice.
