Not sure what budget you%26#39;re looking at, but we%26#39;ve enjoyed Little Buddha at the Palms and 8-0-8 at Caesars Palace.

Love Sushi and Seafood!

I%26#39;ve eaten sushi all over the U.S. and in NW Canada. The sushi at the Grand Wok at the MGM is AWESOME!. Maybe not the coolest or swankiest of atomospheres but great fish!!!

The whole restaurant dedicated to Japanese Buffet closest to TI is called Todai at Planet Hollywood (formerly Aladdin). They are decent for less than $30/dinner (less on week nights).

If you want to go off strip buffet, then Makino (3 locations) One is on Flamingo %26amp; Decatur (15 minutes from TI), second at the Premium Outlet by downtown, third in Summerlin (might be too far for you).

Any other hotels/casinos that have sushi in the buffet is limited in selection.

If not buffet, then most hotels do have sushi bars in their Japanese restaurants, but not all you can eat.

Todai is 1 notch above prepackaged sushi in the grocery store (in my less than humble opinion).

Jax is asking about Japanese BUFFET.

By the piece sushi, I would recommend somewhere else,

and Grand Wok (which is Chinese name) would not be at the top of my list.

I am no stranger to REAL Japanese sushi, having eaten multiple times right in Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo, Japan.

For Sushi- Goto NOBUat the Hard Rock- no contest- best in Vegas.

I second that for by the piece sushi. Also Sushi Roku at Ceasars. Expensive if you are true sushi lover.
