Contacting a Hotel

I have sent an e-mail to Bills Gamblin Hall and Saloon regarding our proposed trip next May.

I have had no reply from them. Is this usual for hotels not to reply.

or am I asking for information too early.

Maybe another email is in order. I%26#39;m not sure what kind of info you are needing from them, but either way they should respond to you.

Contacting a Hotel

I want book rooms for next May, but we want to go for 14 nights and the web site only has 10 nights listed.

It does give me a telephone number to call, but I would perfer to book on line rather than telephone.

If in the end I receive no reply I will have to telephone.

Thanks for your help.

Having an email conversation with a Vegas hotel can be a long drawn out process. Hotels often take 3-5 business days to respond and if you%26#39;ve got further queries to their response it can all get a little infuriating.

Despite the expense involved for overseas travelers, in my opinion it%26#39;s better to call and hopefully get all potential problems and issues resolved immediately rather than have the frustration of waiting for email replies.
