End Jan Room Deals

HI, we are already thinking of booking cheap offer flights for end Jan (31st to 7th Feb) , but what is the situation with rooms. The flights have to be booked by 25th sept, and dont want to commit if the rooms are going to be very expensive at that time.

Does anyone know if there is a similar situation to March Madness or could it be a goer?

We havent even done our November trip yet! thank goodness my husband loves Vegas as much as me!!
