Mirage or Paris hotel?

First time to Vegas. We are planning to go in the begining of November.

I can get Mirage hotel or Paris package for about the same price, but do not which one to choose.

Any sugestions?

I checked the reviews and they are so different.

Thank you

Rachel

Mirage or Paris hotel?

We just stayed at the Mirage for the first time and did not like it. Our room was warm and muggy so they moved us to another room that was warm and muggy. Air conditioning system was completely inadequate. Considered moving to a different hotel but decided to live with it. Also bathroom was tiny with no ventilation. My vote would be for Paris.

Mirage or Paris hotel?

I recently stayed at Mirage and liked it, but I think in your case I%26#39;d go with Paris. You won%26#39;t be swimming in November so the pool is not a factor, which would have been one of the big advantages of Mirage. The rooms at Mirage are fine but nothing to get excited about - you%26#39;ll probably have nicer furnishings and a better view at Paris.

I have stayed at Paris and truly enjoyed it. Paris does have a better location for a first time visitor.

Stayed at Mirage a year ago and was not thrilled to say the least. Would definitely go to Paris.

I have stayed at both and I prefer Paris of the two. I would rate the rooms I had to be about equal. Really loved the energy of Paris. Casino had a great vibe and was a lot of fun to play there. Really liked the restaurants at Paris better too. The locations of the two hotels is about equal, but I preferred Paris%26#39; location slightly better. One thing I did not like about Mirage was i thought the casino was a little low key. It was dimly lit and didn%26#39;t have the energy that Paris does. Mirage has the better pool area of the two, but that is not a factor in your case. Both are really fine properties and you won%26#39;t be disappointed with either.

I%26#39;ve stayed at Paris and loved it- I%26#39;ve never stayed at Mirage but I%26#39;d still give Paris the edge based on location alone- although Mirage doesn%26#39;t have a bad location at all.

To be honest, I don%26#39;t think you can go wrong with either choices.

I have stayed at Paris, and loved it.

Been to Mirage, for gambling, bars and restaurants, and they were all great also.

Paris has a better location, but that for me is not a factor

This is the 2nd time you%26#39;ve posted up a thread asking the same question. In future you can just bump up a thread to bring it back to the top of the list. Just type the word %26#39;bump%26#39; and it%26#39;s done, saves on the typing and the confusion. ;)

Here%26#39;s the answer I gave on your other thread:

I%26#39;ve stayed at both and would generally say Paris for it%26#39;s location. However, being female and given the fact I like to do some shoppinng when in Vegas, I prefer the location of the Mirage for that. I also like the location for ease of getting to Caesar%26#39;s and Bellagio. I just prefer that side of the strip more.

Paris rooms are probably a touch nicer for now, however once the Mirage has done all of it%26#39;s renovations and put new bathrooms in that will change, I%26#39;m sure.

As for casino%26#39;s and dining options, the Mirage definitely gets the nod from me on those two counts.

Just toss a coin! Both are excellent properties that have much to offer. It really doesn%26#39;t matter which comes out on top, both are excellent, properties in my opinion!
