We will be drivng a rental car to LV from a family visit in San Diego mid October. We had booked the Comfort Inn on Paradise but got scared off with the reviews on the area. Is it really scary ? October temps in Las Vegas
The average high temps mid October- low 80s. But that is just an average. The high temps can range from the 50s/60s to the 90s. The lows- 40s to 60s. The temps can vary a lot and what happens one year has no bearing on what happens the next. You are going to have to check a weather site just before leaving to see what the weather is going to be like while you are there.
It is always good to bring some clothes that can be layered. And don%26#39;t forget your bathing suit. I did swim in pools through the first week in November- at least some years.
