What hotels have garages that once parked have some of the shorter trips to be able to load and unload your bags and get up to your room? I just don%26#39;t want to have to park across a street from our hotel or in some far away lot.
Also, do they have their own garages?
Do any of them have contstruction going on currently that affects the parking?
Hotels we are particularly interested in, are the Venetian, Paris, Monto Carlo, NYNY, but may look at others.
I know they all have valet, however I would prefer not to use a valet and we will likely park once and then walk or take a cab for most of the time there.
Thanks for your help, with all the posts you can usually find your question asked already, but I could not find a solid answer on this.
Self Parking
Pretty much all hotels have parkings (self %26amp; valet) and garages.
You can always drive up to front entrance, unload all your bags %26amp; have the bellhop take it in. Check in at the front desk and instruct to have baggage take up to your room after you%26#39;ve self-parked your car if you dont want it valet.
Any construction that is going on anywhere is mere inconvenience but I am sure ways around it. Hotels check tons of people in everyday, they will figure out ways to not too inconvenient their guests.
Self Parking
From the posts here- there seems to be a problem with the MC. Maybe someone else will fill you in on that.
Here is a site that will tell you about the various garages and how to get to them:

I think all hotels are designed so self park is far away from the room and you have to use the valet. The only one I have found that isn%26#39;t inconvienent is the Orleans which is off the strip.
The majority of the self park garages are a ridiculous distance from the hotels and casinos. PH is probably the worst.
Valet is just so much easier. For a tip they%26#39;ll hold your car as long as you want and it only takes 5-10 minutes to get the car back. We%26#39;ve never had an issue with valet damaging a car either, if that is your concern.
The off Strip places (Orleans, Palms, GVR, RR, etc.) have much better self parking than the on Strip places.
Monte carlo has construction going on, and the parking is bad.
The others, I think are OK.
Most garages, at one end or the other will have an elevator, and a sign that says ';Hote/Casino entrance';, park near that, and you will be fine, or use the valet parking when you check in
