I like the idea -- kind of like the %26#39;Diablo%26#39;s Cantina%26#39; place in front of Monte Carlo. I hope it is open-air venue making full advantage of strip walk-by scene. Sounds like fun when it will be finished.

However I think that Diablo%26#39;s Cantina is an eyesore.

it%26#39;s just another average place - a chain we all know. it%26#39;s fine, nothing spectacular, will be another option for $20- meals.
Just North of MGM....I wonder exactly where..
Probably where the Denny%26#39;s was (across from Monte Carlo)?
